These supplements provide information about alooola's investment adviser representatives that supplements the Glen Eagle Advisors, LLC brochure. You should have received a copy of that brochure. Susan Michel

Item 2 – Educational Background and Business Experience

Susan Michel is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Glen Eagle Wealth, LLC and Glen Eagle Advisors, LLC (collectively, “Glen Eagle”), a full-service Registered Investment Advisor and Broker Dealer, respectively. Susan founded Glen Eagle in 2002. Glen Eagle is a WBENC-Certified Women's Business Enterprise.

Today, under Susan's principled guidance, Glen Eagle has grown to become a national financial services firm providing corporations, family offices, business owners, and multi-generational families with trusted stewardship and transparent access to their wealth. Glen Eagle is also qualified under the America's Women-Owned Trading Desk® program; one of the few women-owned trading platforms in the world. With its expertise in equities, fixed income, options, hedging, restricted stock, cash management, and margin lending, Glen Eagle's trading desk provides services to institutions and sophisticated investors globally.

Susan earned her bachelor's degree from Saint Elizabeth's University and has completed the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Boards That Lead Governance Program and the Tuck-WBENC Executive Program.

Item 4 – Other Business Activities

Susan believes it is important to give back to others through service in the non-profit sector. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of The Hun School of Princeton (2023), as a Trustee on the Board of Saint Elizabeth University, and as 2022–2023 President of the New Jersey Chapter of the Entrepreneur's Organization (EO), a peer-to-peer network of 14,000+ leaders across 61 countries.

Susan has a national presence as a speaker and contributor. She has been featured in Fortune, Forbes, and Newsweek. She has spoken to a wide variety of audiences, including FINRA's National Annual Conference, Financial Advisor's Invest in Women Conference, and the Enterprising Women Conference. Susan also hosts a national podcast, Women's Wealth: The Middle Way®.

Item 5 – Additional Compensation

Susan Michel does not receive any additional compensation for providing advisory services beyond that received because of her capacity as investment adviser representative of Glen Eagle Advisors, LLC.

Item 6 – Supervision

Patrick O'Boyle, Chief Compliance Officer, is responsible for supervising the advisory activities of Susan Michel. As part of his supervisory responsibilities, Mr. O'Boyle periodically reviews client accounts, trading activity and communications with clients. Mr. O'Boyle can be reached at (609) 631-8231.

Robert Michel

Item 2 – Educational Background and Business Experience

Robert Michel was born in 1991. He graduated from high school in Princeton, New Jersey in 2010. He then attended Yale University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in both Economics and Political Science in 2014. After graduating from Yale, Rob worked as an Investment Banker at Morgan Stanley in New York before attending The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania to obtain his MBA. Upon graduation from Wharton in 2018, Rob joined Glen Eagle Advisors. He currently works for Glen Eagle as their Chief Investment Officer.

Business background for the previous five years — Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC 06/2014–02/2016, Glen Eagle Advisors, LLC, Financial Advisor, 02/2016–present.

Robert Michel does not have any reportable disciplinary information.

Item 4 – Other Business Activities

Robert Michel is actively engaged as a registered representative of Glen Eagle Wealth, LLC, a broker dealer. Robert could receive commissions or other compensation based on the sale of securities or other investment products, including as a registered representative, and including distribution or service (“trail”) fees from the sale of mutual funds. These purchases and sales take place in a brokerage type account and not in an advisory account. In such a situation, the activity, specifically within the brokerage account, may give him an incentive to recommend investment products based on the compensation received rather than solely on a client's needs.

Robert Michel does not receive any additional compensation for providing advisory services beyond that received as a result of his capacity as investment adviser representative of Glen Eagle Advisors, LLC.

Carol Ann Fernandez

Item 2 – Educational Background and Business Experience

Carol Ann is the Chief Operating Officer for Glen Eagle and is responsible for overseeing the 401k department and client retirement projections. Prior to joining Glen Eagle, Carol Ann worked in the Wealth Management Division at Merrill Lynch, the Annuities Group at Prudential, and Global Capital Markets group at M&T Bank in New York City. Carol Ann earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Notre Dame in addition to later returning to Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business for her MBA.

Carol Ann Fernandez does not have any reportable disciplinary information.

Item 4 – Other Business Activities

Carol Ann currently serves on the NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) of Philadelphia committee in addition to serving as a Board Member for the DoughMain Financial Literacy Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to building a better tomorrow by educating students today, to forge a financially literate America.

Carol Ann Fernandez does not receive any additional compensation for providing advisory services beyond that received as a result of her capacity as investment adviser representative of Glen Eagle Advisors, LLC.
