401(k) plans for businesses
A 401(k) your team will actually use.
A real advisor behind the plan, a clear price, and an app your people find easy. For companies starting their first plan and companies ready to change providers.

Start where you are.
How your plan compares, in writing.
We put your current administrative and investment costs beside ours, in writing. Any savings depend on the written terms and scope.
Ask your provider how many eligible employees contribute, and how many get the full match. Those two numbers say more than the fund list.
What it costs, and what you get back.
Our fee is 0.37% a year on plan assets, deducted from participants' accounts, and setting up a new plan starts at $500.
For companies with 100 or fewer employees, federal tax credits can cover part or all of the startup costs for three years.

What comes with it.
Help enrolling your team
Our founders often come to your office to set the plan up and help employees enroll, in person or by video.
An app your people will use
Their 401(k) beside the rest of their money: investing, spending and retirement planning in one app. Ask which features come with your plan.
What your team getsYour own money, as the owner
Your personal investments and the plan you sponsor in the same app, with the same advisor. Personal accounts are opened separately, with their own agreement and advisory fee.
For ownersClear responsibilities
Which providers handle design, setup, payroll and ongoing requirements, and what stays with you as the employer.
How it worksPayroll that connects
Contributions flow from your payroll into employee accounts, so there's less to do each pay period.
Your state's rules
Seventeen states require employers to offer a plan or sign up for a state program. The next deadline is Rhode Island's, on Oct 15, 2026, for employers with more than 100 eligible employees.
